Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cooking times may vary. Instructions are based on thawed (not frozen) product. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Place turkey breast in pan for 15 seconds to sear bottom. Place on baking pan and cook for 65-75 minutes. Ensure temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer in the center or thickest portion. Smoker: Preheat smoker to 245 degrees F. Place turkey breast on racks, close the lid and cook for about 6 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F and on rotisserie setting if applicable. Place the turkey breast on the rack. Cook for 55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Previously handled frozen for your protection.
