Heat for 25 minutes per pound or to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for medium doneness. Let stand 8-10 minutes. Carve into 1/2" slices. Grill: Preheat grill on high. Remove rib from bag and drain. Cut rib into 1/2" slices. Place on grill and reduce heat to medium. Grill for 3 minutes on each side or to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for medium doneness. Serve immediately. Heating in a microwave oven is not recommended.
