Cooking Instructions: Bake: Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. Remove thawed Salmon from package, pat dry, season to taste and place on greased baking dish. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Broil: Preheat boiler. Remove thawed Salmon from package, pat dry, season and place on a greased baking dish. Place under the broiler and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Consuming raw or undercooked seafood can be harmful. Perishable. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze after thawing.
