Directions
Shake well before use. Cooking instructions :(1) bring 1/2 cup of ancient grain blend, 2/3 cup water or vegetable stock, 1 tsp salt and 1 tbsp olive oil to boil. (2) Reduce to simmer, cover. (3) cook about 10-15 minutes until water I absorbed. Fluff with fork. If using rice cooker treat grain blend like rice. 2 parts water to 1 part grain blend. Stir, cover, cook. Fully cook before eating. Do not eat raw
