Directions

Lighting instructions: Place 2 or 3 criss-crossed duraflame® fatwood sticks on fireplace grate. Place split firewood on top of the duraflame® fatwood sticks, while leaving some room for airflow. Light the ends of the fatwood sticks and replace fireplace screen. Barbecue: Place 3 fatwood sticks in between coals criss-crossed in grill. Light the ends of the fatwood sticks.

Always open fireplace damper before starting a fire, ensure adequate air supply at all times.
Always use a metal, mesh screen in front of your fireplace. Leave glass doors open while burning fireplace manufacturers' instructions indicate otherwise.
Store the remaining fatwood sticks in a cool dry place away from fire or open flames.
Never cook over burning sticks (let them burns first).
Extremely flammable wood. Keep out of reach of children.
