Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: BBQ - sear on both sides over flame - cook over indirect heat until done griddle - sear both sides of patties on high heat - reduce heat and cook until done. Using all preparation methods, internal temperature of ground beef should reach 160 degrees. For the ultimate experience season sparingly with sea salt and fresh ground pepper only.
