Cooking Instructions: Note: For drier rice, remove 1/4 cup water. For molster rice, add 1/4 cup more water. On The Stove: In a medium saucepan, add 1 cup Golden Star Calrose Rice to 1-1/2 cups water. Cover with a tight fitting Lid and bring to a full boll. Do not uncover while cooking. Lower heat to simmer Calrose Rice for 25 minutes, stirring once. Remove from heat and let saucepan cool for 10 minutes, then fluff rice with fork and serve. In The Microwave: In a microwave bowl, add 1 cup Golden Star Calrose Rice to 1-3/4 cups water. Microwave the Calrose Rice, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Fluff rice with fork and serve.
