Directions

You will need: 1 cup water* Prep Time: 3 minutes Cook Time: 3 minutes per batch 1. Grease skillet or griddle with vegetable oil or shortening (or use cooking spray). Heat over medium-high heat (heat electric griddle to 375degF). 2. Stir Pancake Mix and water in medium bowl until blended. 3. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot skillet. Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): No change. Waffles Stir pancake mix, 1 cup water and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil until blended. Bake on heated waffle iron until teaming slows and waffle is golden brown. Remove carefully. Makes eight 4-inch waffles. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft.): No change. *For thicker pancakes, use a little less water. For thinner pancakes, use a little more water.
