Cook thoroughly. For food safety, cook the Spinach, Artichoke & Gouda Dip to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (measured by a meat thermometer, insert meat thermometer into the center of the product). Cooking times are from the frozen state. Cooking times are approximate and may vary. Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degree F. Remove tray from carton. Place oven-safety tray on a cookie sheet and place in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes, remove tray seal from top of tray, and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes or until 165 degree F internal temperature. Microwave Oven: Do not thaw, cook from frozen. (Cooking times based on a 1100 watt microwave. Using microwaves of less than 1100 watts is not recommended as product may not fully cook.) Pierce film in 3-4 spots. Cook in high for 4.5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave, remove film, stir and return tray to microwave. Cook on high an additional 2-1/2 - 3 minutes. Let stand in microwave for one minute to complete the cooking. Stir and serve. Caution: Product is very hot. We recommend letting the product stand for 2 minutes prior to serving. Caution: Product is very hot!
