Directions

Keep frozen. Heating instructions: To defrost the product, place under refrigeration overnight. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Peel open the pouch and place the chicken breast, seared side up, into a small baking dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken breast. Discard the plastic pouch. 3. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 28-31 minutes (if frozen) or 18-21 minutes (if thawed). 4. Carefully take the baking dish out of the oven and let it stand for 2 minutes before serving. Caution: baking dish and contents will be hot! Microwave oven: Heating times are approximate. They will vary due to make, model and temperature calibration of your oven. Times and settings are based on an 1100-watt microwave oven. 1. Peel open the pouch and place the product in a microwave-safe container. Discard plastic pouch. 2. To avoid getting any product in your microwave, place a paper towel on top of the container, covering but not touching the food. 3. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes (if frozen) or 3-31/2 minutes (if thawed). 4. Carefully remove the container from the microwave and let stand for 2 minutes before serving. Caution: container and contents will be hot! Water immersion: 1. Fill and preheat the water oven to 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). 2. Submerge the pouch(es) in the water oven for 40 minutes (if frozen) or 25 minutes (if thawed). 3. Carefully remove the pouch(es) from the water oven. 4. Peel open the pouch(es) and place the product on a serving dish. Caution: pouch contents will be hot!
