Let stand 1 minute before serving. Microwave: Microwave (1100 Watt): 1. Remove frozen quiche from plastic wrapping. Leave quiche on cardboard tray. 2. Place tray in microwave. 3. Cook on 100% power for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and then cook for an additional 1 minute at 50%. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Cook thoroughly. Microwaveable.
