Roast in 350 degrees F oven for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until fragrant. Almonds will continue to brown after removing from oven. Storage: For optimal results, keep tightly sealed and refrigerated or freeze. If roasted, almonds should be used within 3-4 weeks.
