Before First Use: Remove all labels. Wash pan in hot soapy water, rinse and towel dry thoroughly. Use: GoodCook Sweet Creations bakeware is oven safe to 450 degrees F and ideal for use with all conventional and convection ovens. Do not use in broiler or on the stovetop. Tips for Better Baking Result: Follow recipes carefully to ensure best baking results. Following greasing and flouring instructions will help your baked goods rise and release properly. Vegetable cooking sprays will also give your baked goods added release. Note: Slight discoloration may be noticed from continued use of vegetable sprays. This slight discoloration will not affect the performance of this product. Utensil Use: GoodCook Sweet Creations bakeware is safe for light use with metal spatulas, however, heat-resistant nylon, silicone or wood tools are recommended for longer lasting beauty. Do not use knives on your bakeware. Such use can damage or scratch the interior surface and void the warranty. Cleaning: For best baking results, always keep your bakeware clean. Allow pans to cool prior to washing. Do not use abrasive cleansers, steel wool or abrasive scrubbers during cleaning. This pan is diswasher safe; however, for best results, hand-wash in warm soapy water. Rinse and towel dry thoroughly.
