Directions

You need: 1 Big pot or crock pot & a frying pan. 1 - 1.5lb Ground meat. 1/28oz can Crushed tomato. 2 cans of Beans (14oz). 1 cup Water or beer (8oz). Red pack: Add to meat until brown. White pack: Use big pot or crock pot. Add entire contents into beans (drained) 1 cup of water or beer and 28oz can crushed tomato. Low heat (simmer). When meat is brown, add to the big pot. Keep on low for 1 hour or more until thick stir often and taste! You may salt & pepper to taste or add hot spicy peppers for more heat. Vegan: Use both packs in one big pot. Double the beans or use Portabella Mushrooms and tofu for the "meat". Dips For Veggies & Chips: Red= spicy, white = garlic. 1 Pack per 16oz sour cream or plain yogurt.
