Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Skillet or Grill: Cook on medium heat until grey throughout. Patties may rise slightly. Remove and drain on paper towels. Cooked patties may be stored in refrigerator in closed container. Reheat in microwave or pan within 2-3 days. Freeze or keep refrigerated. Sausage patties: Sausage may be kept frozen until recommended date. Thaw in refrigerator and use promptly. Sausage is cooked thoroughly at 180 degrees F. Microwaving is not recommended except for reheating.
