Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For optimum flavor, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days or freeze for no more than 30 days. If thawing in microwave, remove product from all packaging and use microwave approved containers only. Place thawed patties in a cold skillet and bring cooking temperature to 375 degrees F. Cook for approximately 4 minutes on each side or until center is no longer pink and has an internal temperature of 170 degrees F. Previously handled frozen. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
