Mamma Mia! Beer Fajita


 

Directions

To prepare you need: 1 cup beer or water large frying pan & plate 1 onion, 1 bell pepper 4-6 tbs high heat oil (canola, grapeseed, safflower) 1 1/2 lbs meat sliced thin tortillas of your choice or lettuce for fajita salad. Do not season first! Season at the end of cooking. Slice onion, pepper & meat. Heat 1/2 of oil in pan medium high add peppers & onion, stir until done remove onion and pepper & place on plate add the rest of the oil & stir fry meat. When meat is done add back the onion & peppers open packet sprinkle it all on & stir well add 1 cup beer or water & stir until thick. Serve on warm tortillas or make salad. Dollop with sour cream, salsa and/or guacamole. Dip: entire pack into 16 oz sour cream or plain yogurt.
