Shake well before using. Directions: 1. Shake Claude's Marinade well and pour over your favorite cut of beef, pork, chicken or salmon in shallow dish or pan, using 1/4 cup of marinade per pound. 2. The longer you marinate, the more robust the flavor will be. Marinade the meat in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for thinner cuts of meat, like chicken breast or steak. 3. Remove meat from marinade and gril or roast. Cook to preference. Tips: Also perfect for large cuts such as briskets, beef or pork roasts.
