1. Don't take short cuts! Read the enclosed instructions in its entirety before proceeding. This preparation should only be used for the purpose it is intended and it is dangerous to use for any other purpose. 2. This product may not be suitable for all hair types; a strand test must be performed prior to application. Use the strength of relaxer suited to your hair. 3. To avoid skin and scalp burns, hair loss, mouth or eye injury, read all directions carefully. 4. Do not use if scalp is sensitive, irritated or injured. 5. Do not use on permanently waved hair or curly permed hair until it has grown out. 6. Do not use on bleached hair or hair that is more than 25% highlighted that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged. Do not use on hair that has been treated with Thioglycolate/perm product, henna or metallic salts. 7. Wait at least 14 days after hair coloring before relaxing. 8. If hair has been previously relaxed apply to new growth only. 9. Keep relaxer off scalp and other skin areas. In case of contact with skin, rinse immediately. 10. If relaxer causes skin or scalp irritation, rinse out immediately and wash with the shampoo in this kit. If irritation persists or hair loss occurs consult a physician. 11. Keep away from mouth and eyes. If relaxer accidentally gets into mouth or eyes, rinse immediately and consult a physician. 12. Contains alkali. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse immediately if product comes into contact with them. Can cause blindness. Wear suitable gloves. 13. Not suitable for use on children.
