Directions

Pancakes You will need: 1 2/3 Cups Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 Cup Milk 1 Egg 1. HEAT skillet or griddle over medium-high heat or to 375°F. Grease skillet or griddle. (Surface is ready when drops of water jump around.) To measure mix, we recommend spooning into a dry measuring cup and leveling. 2. STIR TOGETHER mix, milk and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot greased skillet for each pancake. 3. COOK until bubbles break on surface and edges just begin to dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute or until golden brown. 12 (4-inch) pancakes High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Waffles You will need: 1 2/3 Cup Pancake & Waffle Mix 1 1/3 Cups Milk 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 1 Egg 1. HEAT waffle maker. 2. STIR TOGETHER mix, milk, oil and egg with fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker. 3. BAKE about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully. 12 (4-inch) waffles. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
