Easy to Apply: 1. Align over knee, logo above kneecap. 2. Fasten bottom section. 3. Fasten top section. Product Care: Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
