Keep refrigerated. Cooking Instructions: • Skillet: Preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350°F. • Grill: Preheat lightly oiled grill between medium and high heat, about 500 to 700°F. Add cutlets to cooking surface so they do not touch. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on the first side, flip, and cook an additional 6 to 7 minutes until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165°F throughout each turkey cutlet. For food safety cook to 165°F.
