Directions: Deep Frying or Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F or 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium high. 2. Moisten chicken with water or milk. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with seasoned frying mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in seasoned frying mix on plate. (1/2 cup frying mix per pound of food). 4. Deep fry 15-20 minutes; pan fry 20-25 minutes or until cooked thorough. Oven-Fry: In lightly greased baking pans, spray breaded chicken lightly with oil. Bake at 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes (or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F). Yield: 24 ounces of frying mix coats approximately 60 pieces of chicken.
