Directions

When serving the dumplings in traditional recipes, the dumplings should be steamed before serving. To Steam - Stovetop Method: Slightly thaw and separate the dumplings. Add two inches of water to pot, bring to a boil. Place a steam basket or colander over the pot, spread the dumplings in the basket, cover and steam for minimum ten minutes. Serve with sauce or gravy. To Steam - Microwave Method: Slightly thaw the dumplings and separate in the bag. Add a couple of tablespoons of water to the bag and place slightly open in a microwaveable bowl. Cook for 30 second intervals, until dumplings are desired doneness. Microwave time and temps vary, use caution as the dumplings will be very hot. Great for dinner & snacks. Keep frozen.
