Cooking Instructions: Stove Top Method: 2 cups water, 1 cup Diamond G Brown Rice. Rinse the rice with cold water and drain. In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Stir in rice and continue to boil for 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 45 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand covered, for 10 minutes. Uncover and fluff with fork. Rice Cooker Method: 2 cups water 1 cup Diamond G degrees Brown Rice Rinse the rice with cold water and drain. Combine rice and water into rice cooker pot. Continue as per the appliance manufacturer's instructions. Tear to open.
