Keep refrigerated or frozen. Defrost or marinate right in the tray! Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Cook thoroughly. To Marinate: Simply peel back the top film (from bottom right corner). Add your favorite spice or marinade and place in the refrigerator. For quick separation of frozen product run cool water over sealed pack to fill tray. Allow to sit for 10 minutes. Chicken will thaw enough to separate.
