Separate sandwiches inside the package. 3. Place thawed 2-pack in microwave and use a "high" setting for 55 seconds. Microwave* - prep from frozen. 1. Open 2-pack, remove chicken portions from buns and place chicken on microwave safe plate. 2. Microwave chicken only for 80 seconds, reassemble sandwiches, then heat an additional 20 seconds. Oven* - prep from frozen. 1. Preheat oven/toaster oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). 2. Open 2-pack, remove chicken portions from buns and place chicken on metal baking sheet. 3. Heat chicken only for 12-15 minutes or until center of chicken portion is hot. 4. Microwave buns for 10 seconds to defrost. 5. Reassemble sandwiches. *Oven thermostats or microwave wattages may vary requiring slight adjustments to heating times. For food safety and quality, heat to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Serving suggestion: add your favorite condiments.
