Microwave Oven (1100 Watts): Prep/Cook: Remove film cover. Cook 2 minutes on high. Stir: Use caution- cup will be hot. Cook Again: 1 minute on high. Let stand 1 minute. Stir & Enjoy! Cook thoroughly.
