Stove Top Directions: Pick a protein. 1-1/2 lbs., meat of your choice. Ground beef, ground sausage, ground pork, ground turkey. Cook: Brown 1-1/2 lbs. ground meat in 3-quart saucepan. Drain fat. Mix 3-3/4 cups water, rice mix and 2 tbsp. oil (optional) in saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Enjoy: Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
