You’ll Need: 1 Egg. 1/2 cup coating mix. 1 pound catfish or tilapia fillets. No stick cooking spray. Pour: Coating mix into shallow dish. Beat egg in separate shallow dish. Dip fish in egg to moisten. Coat fish, a few pieces at a time, pressing to coat evenly with coating mix. Discard any remaining egg or coating. Place: Fish in single layer in air fryer basket. Spray with no stick cooking spray (tops only). Air Fry: As directed below, until fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. (No need to flip fillets). Cook time chart for fish fillets: Air fry set temperature to 375 degrees. 10 min. Oven set temperature to 450 degrees F. 15 mins. Oven Directions: Coat fish as directed above. Place fish on large-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Bake as directed below until fish flakes easily with a fork. Tips and Tricks: Serve fish with Zatarain’s yellow rice or cilantro lime rice for a complete, tasty meal.
