Easy to read color change results: Abnormal acidity detected: If any part of the tip is stained blue or green, your vaginal acidity is abnormal. See your healthcare provider. Warnings

This is not a screening test for diseases such as HIV, chlamydia, herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis or group B streptococcus. Several factors can cause an elevated pH and the test should therefore not be used under the following circumstances: If you are pregnant, menopausal, nursing, currently having your period/5 days after your period is over, had sexual intercourse or douched in the last 48 hours, or used an internal vaginal cream in the last 72 hours. Vaginal infections can be very risky for pregnant women and dangerous to the mother and her fetus. Do not use this test if you are pregnant. Contact your doctor with any questions or concerns about symptoms you may be having.
