Taco Seasoning Mix - Makes 2 cups of taco meat or 12 tacos. You Will Need: 1 pkg, Wick Fowler's Taco Seasoning Mix; 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey or shredded chicken; 3/4 cup water. Directions: Brown meat in large skillet on medium-heat. Drain. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. To make tacos, spoon meat into warmed crisp taco shells. For soft tacos, use warm flour or corn tortillas. Suggested Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped onions, grated cheese, sour cream, salsa.
