Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions - please follow quick and easy cook times: Skillet: Spray pan with cooking spray. Heat pan on medium-high. Add chicken breasts and cook for 3 minutes covered. Turn, then cook for another 4 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. place breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 19 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill breasts 5 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F. From frozen: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. place frozen breasts on foil-lined baking sheet and cook 28 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F.
