For crispier flatbread, preheat gill to 350 degrees F. pre bake the flatbread on the grill 1-2 mins. Remove flatbread from grill, and sauce, cheese, pepperoni & peppers. Return flatbread. Close lid. Grill for 4 mins. Easy!
