For Meats, Poultry or Seafood: Use 1 teaspoon of Adobo for every 1/2 pound of beef, pork, chicken, fish or your favorite protein. Simply, sprinkle Adobo over the food before cooking, grilling, frying, roasting or cooking in your favorite way. For example, to prepare pork chops, buy to 8 oz. pork chops. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon on all sides of the pork chops, then grill or fry, and then serve. For Salad Dressing: 2 teaspoon of Chef Merito Adobo, 2 tablespoons of water, 1/4 cup of vinegar or lemon juice; 3/4 cup of oil (olive or com). Mix all ingredients well and pour over salad. To give the dressing a sweet-sour taste, instead of water, add fruit juice or nectar. For Dips: Mix teaspoon of Chef Merito Adobo with 1 small container of sour cream. Serve with fresh raw vegetables and/or chips. Or serve over baked potatoes. For Sandwich Dressing: Mix 1/4 teaspoon with 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, then spread over cold cuts or mix with tuna fish.
