Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Gas grill: preheat grill on medium to medium high (450 degrees F to 550 degrees F). Grill 6 to 8 inches from heat source. Place chicken breast on grill. Put the cover or lid on. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes turning approximately every 5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F in the middle of the thickest part of the chicken breast. Charcoal grill: light chunks or briquettes until only coals remain. Place the grate so that it is 6 to 8 inches from the coals or use indirect heat to cook. Place chicken breast on grill. Put the cover or lid on. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes turning 2 to 3 times until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F in the middle of the thickest part of the chicken breast. Oven: rack should be moved to the middle position in the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place chicken on a lightly oiled shallow roasting pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F in the middle of the thickest part of the chicken breast.
