Directions
Take one (1) packet twice a day. If mixing in a 16.9 fl oz bottle of water, take a sip of water, if bottle is filled to the top. Empty contents of two (2) packets of drink mix into bottle. Cover bottle and shake until drink mix is dissolved. If preparing in a glass, empty contents of one (1) packet into 4-6 ounces of water and stir well until blended.
