Directions
Swallow whole, do not chew or crush. Take with water. Adults: Take two tablets daily as a nutrition supplement, or as directed by a physician. Store tablets in original container with desiccant. Close cap tightly after each use. Store in a dry location at controlled room temperature 68-77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C).
