Directions
For adults, take one (1) to two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. Many minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.

USP - Verified Dietary Supplement. Build strong bones. Vitamin D assists in the absorption of calcium. Calcium is the leading mineral responsible for strong bones and teeth and is involved in muscle, nerve and heart function. This formula also contains zinc, for immune system health, magnesium, for protein formation, and copper, for hair, skin and nail health. No yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial flavor. Laboratory tested. (These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
