Directions
For adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. Many minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers and follow their advice. Store in a dry place and avoid excessive heat.

USP - Verified Dietary Supplement. Multivitamin/multimineral with ginseng, ginkgo & higher levels of five essential B Vitamins. (Refers to thiamin [B-1], riboflavin [B-2], niacin, vitamin B-6 and vitamin B-12 as compared to CVS Spectravite.) This multivitamin-multimineral formula contains the essential nutrients needed to support optimal health. (This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.) This is a USP quality supplement for oil- and water-soluble vitamins with minerals tablets. Laboratory tested.

Warnings
This product contains fish (cod, pollock, haddock, hake, cusk, redfish, sole, flounder) ingredients. Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Avoid this product if you have Wilson's disease. Do not exceed recommended dose. Excessive intake may cause adverse reactions. Consult your doctor before use if you have, or have had, any health condition or if you are taking any medications or remedies, including OTC medications, or are planning any medical procedure. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as gastrointestinal discomfort or any allergic reaction. Not intended for use by children. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately. Tamper Resistant: Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
