Directions
1. Pinch top and bottom of cap to remove. 2. Place thumb or forefinger on the raised ridges and run tip of pen across surface to apply. 3. To cut tape, tip pen forward, then lift off surface. 4. If clear film becomes loose, turn exposed white wheel counter-clockwise.
