Hold the tweezers similar to how you hold a pencil by cradling your finger and squeeze your thumb and pointer finger to open the tweezers. Once you have the object, release pressure and the tweezers holds the object for you. It doesn't get more natural than this. The bent nose is angled to help pick up the smallest items.
