To Adjust Goggles: 1. Lift up the black plastic piece on the edge of the goggles. 2. Pull plastic piece up and away from goggle lens to access headband material. 3. Pull on the headband material to access the extra length. 4. Pull the headband to expand. 5. Snap the black plastic piece back into place. For Correct Fitting: Position over the eyes, then extend headband back over the head. To remove, slide headband back over the head. Protective film. Remove before use.
