Directions
Apply vigorously to your favorite cut of meat until all sides are equally coated. Cover with a towel and bring meat to room temperature. Roll meat in rub again before proceeding to the grill. If oven roasting a tenderloin or roast, preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. With meat on a rack in roasting pan, place pan on center rack in oven. Immediately reduce heat to 350 degrees F and cook to desired doneness. Upon cooking, the rub caramelizes on the surface and the spices permeate the meat, resulting in delicious flavor each and every time!
