All natural Alessi Princess Sauce tastes homemade because it is made like the Alessi's make it at home. Fresh garlic and onion are sauteed in Alessi Extra Virgin Olive Oil and then chopped Italian pear-shaped tomatoes are added. The tomatoes are picked from the fields of Italy in their prime, juicy, red and vine-ripened. The sauce is then seasoned with Alessi Sea Salt and a splash of heavy cream.
