Directions
Cook thoroughly. For food safety and quality, follow the directions and cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Refrigerate leftovers. Because ovens and microwaves cook differently, adjusting heat settings and cook times may be required. Do not use tray in oven or toaster oven or for reheating. Conventional Oven: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Place 1 tray on cookie sheet. Pull back corner of film; bake 1 hour. 3. Carefully remove film. Caution: Hot! Be careful to avoid steam. Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and lightly browned around edges. 4. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. For 2 trays (entire box), make as directed - except in step 2, bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes; in step 3, bake 15 to 20 minutes longer. Micro-Bake: For best results, use microwave to start cooking lasagna, then finish by baking in the oven. To assure proper food-safe temperature, lasagna cannot be cooked completely in microwave. 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Pull back corner of film from 1 tray. Microwave on High 10 minutes. 3. Remove tray from microwave; place on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes. 4. Carefully remove film. Caution: Hot! Be careful to avoid steam. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and lightly browned around edges. 5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Oven: Adjust oven temperature and increase bake time as needed. Micro-Bake: Increase cook and bake times as needed.
