Directions
Stove Top: 1. Bring 1 1/4 cups water or broth to a boil. 2. Add 2 tbsp butter or margarine & 1/2 tsp of salt (if desired), gently stir-in 1 cup of Couscous and return to a boil, cover & remove from heat. 3. Allow to stand 5-6 minutes (all water should be absorbed), fluff up lightly with a fork and serve. Microwave: 1. In a microwave safe casserole dish, combine the following: a. 1 1/4 cups water b. 1 tbsp butter or margarine & 1 tsp salt (if desired). 2. Cover and microwave on High until boiling. Add 1 cup Couscous and stir in. Cover and let stand for 5-6 minutes. Fluff up with a fork and serve.
