Thai Aromatic Grill (Kai Yang): 1 Packet Thai Kai Yang Meat Marinade, 900 g (2 lb) Chicken pieces or cornish game hens, split in half, 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil 1. Marinate chicken with marinade and oil. Cover and leave for at least 1 hour. 2. To Charcoal/Electric Grill: Baste at least twice with remaining marinade. Turn occasionally. To Roast/Bake: Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) and roast for 30-45 minutes or until cooked. Baste at least twice with remaining marinade. To Fry: Deep fry on Medium heat until golden brown. Variations: For a more gourmet meal, you may add 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander stems and roots. Turkey, beef, lamb or duck may be used instead of chicken. Cooking Tip: You may place meat in a plastic bag and put marinade mixture over it. Close bag securely, turning to coat. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. For more flavourful meat, refrigerate overnight.
