Directions
1. Gently brush your teeth to remove any debris. 2. Apply gel sparingly in top & bottom of tray reservoirs. 3. Leave tray in for 5 minutes. 4. Remove tray and rinse mouth with water. 5. Rinse tray and store clean. Use morning and night. Repeat until you achieve your desired shade of white.

Warnings
This product is not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age or individuals with gum disease, gingivitis, bleeding or severe receding gums, tooth sensitivity, pregnant or nursing mothers. As with any product, review of ingredients is recommended to avoid any allergic reaction. Whitening gel works on natural human teeth only. It will not harm fillings, crowns and caps. Avoid prolonged contact of whitening gel with gums. Do not use while wearing dental braces. Do not exceed recommended usage. Use for periods longer than 14 days should only be under the advice and supervision of a dentist. If mild irritation occurs, reduce usage to once a day. If severe irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of young children.
