Directions

Cut off a piece of floss about 18 inches - 24 inches long and wrap the ends of the floss around each middle finger three or four times. To floss upper right back teeth, place floss over right thumb and over the forefinger of left hand. Reverse for upper left side. To floss lower teeth, hold floss with forefingers. Always use an up and down motion on the side of each tooth to accomplish proper flossing.
